The Entire Experience Was Nothing Less Than Wonderful

"Four years ago we moved from Florida to Southern Colorado to build our dream home. At that time we did not have a house plan but an idea of what we wanted. Nor did we have a builder. And we were very concerned about choosing just the right one. We were extremely lucky to find Nate and Pioneer West Homes. The entire experience was nothing less than wonderful, from the entire office staff to the well-managed crews. A special thanks to Kristi, who helped immensely with a lot of the selection process towards the end, with colors, tiles, cabinets and other finishes. We built during the winter months and still had our home built on time and on budget. No surprises, no aggravation. Here we are in our home almost four years later and every once in awhile I still send Pioneer West Homes a note to thank them for our beautiful home. Pioneer West Homes has since built three more homes near us and I know all the owners and beyond happy with their experience. If we had to do it over, we would use Nate Grabill and his fantistic team again. Anyone thinking of building a home owes it to themselves to contact Nate at Pioneer West Homes.
