Nate Goes Beyond The Norm For Custom Home Builders

My husband & I hired Nate Grabill & Pioneer West Homes to build our retirement home on mountain property after receiving rave recommendations from previous clients. During construction, we physically saw the house twice as we were living outside the US. Nate set up a website for us to keep track of progress via regularly posted photos from groundbreaking through all aspects of construction and arranged conference calls as needed. Kristi Grabill was also very helpful taking us to the various vendors for flooring, lighting, plumbing, etc. during two very short trips back to the States during Christmas and March. The first week of April 2010 our home received final approval from the county building inspector and we were ready to begin retirement life. Nate goes beyond the norm for custom home builders. Budgets are carefully watched while providing the highest quality and each home is built with the same attention to detail and pride of workmanship as if it was his own. Besides being able to enjoy living in a wonderful home, I am also blessed to have Nate and Kristi as very dear friends.
